A vision to revolutionize financial services was held back by unreliable development.

A leading automation platform for financial planners in Australia had a bold ambition: streamline Salesforce driven workflows and cut advisor workloads in half. But behind the product vision, the reality was different. A distributed team in Eastern Europe created delays, inconsistent delivery, and left the founder buried in code problems instead of leading his company forward.

The previous team delivered code that technically worked but lacked structure, documentation, and continuity. Every new hire struggled to navigate the codebase.
