Infrastructure for digital assets that regulators will approve and institutions will trust

Tokenisation, custody, smart contracts, and decentralised finance – built with the governance and security rigour that institutional adoption demands.

The credibility gap is not the technology

The protocols work. The economics are sound. What is missing is the bridge between crypto-native innovation and enterprise-grade delivery. Institutions want tokenised assets and programmable money – they do not want the risk profile that comes with teams that have never shipped into a regulated environment.

what we do
}

Enterprise-grade Web3 delivery

Tokenisation platforms

Real-world asset tokenisation – carbon credits, real estate, securities – with custody and compliance layers for institutional investors.

Smart contract engineering

Auditable, gas-optimised smart contracts built with specification-first methodology and comprehensive test coverage.

DeFi infrastructure

Lending, staking, and liquidity protocols built for regulated environments – not just crypto-native users.

Digital asset custody

Custody solutions meeting institutional standards for security, auditability, and regulatory compliance.

Stablecoin infrastructure

Payment rails and trade finance infrastructure built on stablecoins – bridging traditional finance and decentralised networks.

How ATOM applies

ATOM is our operating model for agentic engineering teams. In Web3, where deployed code can hold real money and is hard to change once live, it puts the specification and the review at the centre of the work.

A pod of four typically carries each product. A senior engineer owns the specification and the architecture, two juniors orchestrate the agents, and a business expert owns the acceptance criteria. On a tokenisation or custody platform, that expert often comes from compliance or treasury, so the rules institutions care about are written down before any contract code exists.

Agents generate the code and the tests, with each task routed by complexity to the right model. Every smart contract is built against a written specification with its edge cases defined, which gives external auditors a clear reference to check the code against and makes their findings easier to act on.

The pod model also changes what is affordable. Three engineers cover what a traditional team of six to eight would, about 60 percent lower headcount cost per product, which puts institutional-grade engineering within reach of teams that are still building towards institutional scale.

Agents can also take on the maintenance work that tends to slip, such as dependency upgrades and security fixes, and run it overnight so patches land in hours. We start with a two to four week ATOM Maturity Assessment, and the first pod is usually live by week six.

Frequently asked questions

How do you make smart contracts audit-ready?

Every contract is built against a written specification with its edge cases defined, and agents generate the tests alongside the code. External auditors get a clear reference to check the code against, which makes their findings faster to produce and easier to act on.

Do you build tokenisation and custody platforms for institutions?

Yes. We build real-world asset tokenisation for carbon credits, real estate and securities, with the custody and compliance layers institutional investors require, along with stablecoin payment rails and DeFi infrastructure for regulated environments.

How does agentic engineering work when deployed code is hard to change?

The specification and the review sit at the centre of the work. A business expert, often from compliance or treasury, owns the acceptance criteria, so the rules institutions care about are written down before any contract code exists.

What does institutional-grade Web3 engineering cost?

A pod of three engineers and a business expert covers what a traditional team of six to eight would, at about 60 percent lower headcount cost per product. That puts institutional-grade engineering within reach of teams still building towards institutional scale.

How do Web3 engagements with MISSION+ start?

With a two to four week ATOM Maturity Assessment of your codebase, team and roadmap. The first pod is usually live by week six.
