Technology that actually ships in financial services

Mission critical systems, built for compliance, customer trust, and real world scale.

The cost of delay is credibility

Delays in financial services don't just cost money - they cost credibility. Your customers won't wait, regulators won't forgive, and boards won't forget. The margin for error is shrinking.

Making AI delivery stick in regulated environments

Legacy modernisation without the rewrite gamble

Agents reverse-engineer business logic, generate test suites from existing code, and migrate - without losing institutional knowledge.

Compliance-native agent governance

Data classification, audit trails, and approval gates designed for regulated environments. Your agents operate within the same boundaries your people do.

The pod model for FS delivery

One senior engineer, two juniors, and a fleet of agents. ~60% headcount cost reduction per product while preserving domain expertise.

Night shift security and remediation

Agents run overnight on vulnerability patching, dependency upgrades, and compliance sweeps. Your risk surface shrinks every night.

Pathfinder before commitment

A structured assessment mapping your codebase, team topology, and technical debt to show where agent-driven development compounds fastest.

How ATOM applies

ATOM is our operating model for agentic engineering teams. In financial services it changes who does the work and how that work gets checked, while your existing controls stay where they are.

The unit is typically a pod of four. One senior engineer owns the specification and makes the architecture calls. Two juniors orchestrate the agents and run the build loop. A business expert owns the acceptance criteria, and in a bank or wealth manager that person usually comes from risk or operations and already knows where the regulatory edges are. Agents do the execution, with each task routed by complexity to a frontier, mid-tier or lighter model.

Because every change starts from a written specification, the audit trail comes with the work. A reviewer can trace a line of code back to the requirement it serves, which matters when internal audit or a regulator asks why a system behaves the way it does.

The economics move as well. Three engineers cover what a traditional team of six to eight would, which puts headcount cost per product around 60 percent lower. Work that never cleared the investment bar, such as retiring an old reporting system or clearing a backlog of dependency upgrades, starts to make sense. Agents can also run low-risk remediation overnight, so vulnerability patches land in hours.

We start with a two to four week ATOM Maturity Assessment. The first pod is usually live by week six, and the full model takes around twelve months from assessment to embedded teams.

Frequently asked questions

How can banks use AI agents without breaking compliance?

Agents work inside the same boundaries as your people. We set up data classification, audit trails and approval gates before any agent touches a regulated system, and every change starts from a written specification. A reviewer can then trace any line of code back to the requirement it serves, which is what internal audit and regulators ask for.

How do you modernise legacy banking systems with AI?

Agents read the existing code, recover the business logic and generate test suites that pin down how the system behaves today. Migration then happens in small, tested releases, so institutional knowledge carries over and you avoid a single high-risk rewrite.

How much does an agentic engineering pod cost compared with a traditional team?

A typical pod has four people: a senior engineer, two juniors who orchestrate the agents, and a business expert from your side. Three engineers cover the work of a traditional team of six to eight, so headcount cost per product is around 60 percent lower.

How long does it take to get started?

We begin with a two to four week ATOM Maturity Assessment. The first pod is usually live by week six, and the full operating model takes around twelve months from assessment to embedded teams.
